Meeting included Mike Kapps and Mike Lemmon of Water Furnace, a Geothermal <br />Heating concern from Fort Wayne; they are evaluating the Park's complex for synergies. <br />Met with Tamara Nichols -Smith and let her copy our DVDs for her Forever Learning <br />Presentation. Spoke with homeowner of the Landmarked home on Adams and Cherry <br />about the Granger Paths proposal. We will back his proposal to move it away from his <br />front yard/door. <br />27 October Continued re -filing of the past COAs. Spoke with Rob Nichols, Civil Engineer <br />on proposed work on the Palais and Morris; determined that the anticipated work would <br />not require a Commission hearing. He will send specifics. <br />28 October Completed three 106 Reviews. Attended Notre Dame's Architectural <br />Forum at Bond Hall. <br />29 October Continued re -filing of the past COAs. Followed up with Pam Myers of <br />Community and Economic Development on the Programmatic Agreement. Participated <br />in Halloween Fund raiser for Conservatories at Potawatomie Park between 6:30-8:30. <br />1 November Prepared RME-COAs for meeting packets; contacted Lynn Patrick <br />concerning her COA for door for 717 LWE. Contacted Jay Tidmarsh about the Arborist <br />report needed for his RME COA that is still pending since September. Turned in fees and <br />sales proceeds for October to County Treasurer. E-mail coordination of HPC's <br />participation for NNN's Arts Cafe. Requested the last five storage boxes of COAs from <br />Archives which will be filed with each address. <br />2 November Office Closed for Election Day <br />3 November Followed up with Rob Nichols on specifics of work on the Morris and <br />Palais. On -sight visit with Wayne to 69490 Juniper Road -a round barn rated Outstanding <br />on the Rouch Centennial Farm that the owners would like considered for land -marking or <br />National Register Nominations. Asked Wayne to follow up on Golden Avenue's window <br />COA. He reported back that no work is being done at this time. Attended lecture - <br />luncheon by Dr. Agbetsiafa on economic prognosis and anticipated developments for <br />2010-2011 (not optimistic). Posted notices for Veteran's Day Office closing. Picked up <br />2011 Health Insurance packets for staff and mailed Mrs. Feasel's to her home. <br />4 November Prepared materials for distribution for Arts Cafe. Met with homeowner and <br />approved RME-COA for re -roof at 325 Sunnyside. Received only 1 box with COAs all <br />others were sent here; correcting records. Prepared COA for Land Marked Fire Station <br />window replacements. Spoke with owner of 611 Portage about COA for tree removal. <br />Followed up with Lynn Patrick on COA for 717 LWT and Jay Tidmarsh for Arborist <br />report for 938 Riverside. <br />5 November Met Wayne at Central Services to have car repaired and to pick up folding <br />table for Arts Cafe. Lynn left email stating no COA for LWE at this time. Picked up <br />Location Report and verified balances. Prepared Agenda and Commissioners' meeting <br />packets. Notified Edgewater Liaisons that Doreen's one year term had expired and a new <br />Pa <br />
