South Bend Redevelopment Commission <br />Rescheduled Regular Meeting - July 3, 1997 <br />6. NEW BUSINESS (CONT.) <br />b. continued... <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Auburn, seconded <br />by Mr. Faccenda and unanimously carried, <br />the Commission accepted the proposal <br />from Grauvogel & Associates for asbestos <br />demolition notification for the former <br />Boys and Girls Club located in the <br />Sample -Ewing Development Area. <br />c. Commission approval requested for <br />proposal from Grauvogel & Associates <br />for asbestos survey and demolition <br />specifications for additional southeast <br />residential structures. <br />Ms. Kolata noted that the proposal is in the <br />amount of $9,600 for asbestos <br />identification in thirty -two residential <br />structures that Redevelopment is currently <br />purchasing. Identification of asbestos is <br />needed before demolition specifications <br />can be completed. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Faccenda, seconded <br />by Mr. Donoho and unanimously carried, <br />the Commission accepted the proposal <br />from Grauvogel & Associates for asbestos <br />survey and demolition specifications for <br />additional southeast residential structures. <br />d.
