Commission approval requested for Resolution No. 1517, a resolution of the South Bend Redevelopment Commission determining to pay certain expenses incurred for local public improvements in or serving the Airport Economic Development Area Allocation Area No. 1 ( "Allocation Area No. 1 ") from the Airport Economic Development Area Allocation Area No. 1 Special Fund (the "Allocation Fund ") Ms. Kolata noted that this resolution states the Commission's intent to use and appropriate $1,461,381 of Tax Incremental Financing funds and sets a public hearing for July 18, 1997 at 10:00 a.m. on the appropriation.
