07 <br />South Bend Redevelopment Commission <br />Rescheduled Regular Meeting - July 3, 1997 <br />There was no Old Business. THERE WERE NO OLD BUSINESS <br />6. NEW BUSINESS <br />a. Commission approval requested for <br />Resolution No. 1512 approving an <br />application for real property tax <br />deduction for property located in the <br />South Bend Central Development Area. <br />(Trammell Crow MW, Inc.) <br />Ms. Kolata noted that the staff report for <br />Trammell Crow MW, Inc. tax abatement <br />was presented at the June 20, 1997 <br />Commission meeting. This needs to be <br />considered at this meeting as there was not <br />a quorum voting on the resolution at the <br />June 20, 1997 meeting. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Donoho, seconded <br />by Mr. Faccenda and unanimously carried, <br />the Commission adopted Resolution <br />No. 1512 approving an application for real <br />property tax deduction for property located <br />in the South Bend Central Development <br />Area. (Trammell Crow MW, Inc.) <br />b.
