Heilman) <br />p. Staff report on acquisition of property <br />in the Sample -Ewing Development <br />Area. <br />Ms. Kolata noted that four counter offers <br />were received. The first counter offer is <br />for a residential property located at 1213 <br />High St. The counter offer is from James <br />F. and Sandra McCune in the amount of <br />$15,550. The original purchase offer was <br />$12,000. The staff recommends accepting <br />the counter offer. <br />The second counter offer is for a <br />residential property located at 1218 <br />Hoffman Court. The counter offer is from <br />James. B. and Ellen M. Goodlink in the <br />amount of $23,000. The original purchase <br />offer was $19,250.00.
