Goodlink in the <br />amount of $1,750.00. The original <br />purchase offer was $900.00. The staff <br />recommends accepting the counter offer. <br />The last counter offer is for Lot 232. This <br />is a vacant lot located on Pennsylvania <br />Street. The counter offer is from James. <br />B. and Ellen M. Goodlink in the amount of <br />$1,750.00. The original purchase offer <br />was $800.00. The staff recommends <br />accepting the counter offer. <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Auburn, seconded COMMISSION APPROVED THE COUNTER OFFERS <br />Mr. Donoho and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved the counter offers. <br />7. PROGRESS REPORTS <br />Ms. Kolata presented the Commission with a <br />brochure that the Planning Division put <br />together to inform the public about programs <br />or projects of the Planning Division. <br />She also passed out a brochure that was <br />prepared by Amy Tweeten about getting <br />around South Bend during the construction <br />downtown. <br />8.
