Commission approval requested for <br />proposal for York Title & Escrow, Inc. <br />for professional services in the Airport <br />Economic Development Area. <br />Ms. Kolata noted that a proposal was <br />received from York Title & Escrow in the <br />amount of $1.35 per $1,000.00 for title <br />services for the Park Property located in <br />the Airport Economic Development Area. <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Auburn, seconded <br />by Mr. Faccenda and unanimously carried, <br />the Commission accepted the proposal <br />from York Title & Escrow, Inc. for <br />professional services in the Airport <br />Economic Development Area. <br />m. Commission approval requested for <br />proposal from the Abonmarche Group <br />for professional services in the Airport <br />Economic Development Area. <br />Ms. Kolata noted that this proposal is for <br />the Park Property located in the Airport <br />Economic Development Area in an <br />amount not to exceed $14,500 for tasks #1, <br />2, 3, and 4 only. <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Auburn, seconded <br />by Mr. Faccenda and unanimously carried, <br />the Commission accepted the proposal <br />from Abonmarche Group for tasks #1, 2, <br />3, and 4 only, for professional services in <br />the Airport Economic Development Area. <br />H:\ HOME\ CPHIPPS \WPDATA \COMMSM070397.MIN -16- <br />COMMISSION ACCEPTED THE PROPOSAL FROM <br />YORK TITLE & ESCROW, INC.
