(Apollo Precision <br />Machining, Inc.) <br />k. Commission approval requested for <br />proposals from Appraisal Group, Inc. <br />and Douglas L. Carpenter and <br />Associates for professional services in <br />the Airport Economic Development <br />Area. <br />Ms. Kolata noted that two proposals were <br />received for appraisal services for the Park <br />Property located at the corner of Brick and <br />Cleveland Roads. One of the proposals <br />received was from the Appraisal Group, <br />Inc. in the amount of $1,200.00. The other <br />proposal received was from Douglas L. <br />Carpenter and Associates in the amount of <br />$500.00. The staff recommends hiring <br />both the Appraisal Group, Inc. and <br />Douglas L.
