NEW BUSINESS (CONT.) <br />k. continued.... <br />Ms. Auburn stated that she would like to <br />see a summary report on the upkeep of <br />the Rental Rehab Properties. <br />1. Commission approval requested for <br />use of the Morris Civic Plaza. <br />Ms. Kolata noted that La Casa de <br />Amistad has requested the use of the <br />Morris Civic Plaza on September 13, <br />1997, for Fiesta Michiana. She stated <br />that they have provided their Certificate <br />of Insurance. <br />Ms. Kolata noted that the purpose for <br />Fiesta Michiana is to unite both the <br />Hispanic and Non - Hispanic Communities <br />in celebration of the richness and beauty <br />of Hispanic cultures. It will also raise <br />funds to support the ongoing programs <br />and services of LaCasa de Amistad. <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Auburn, seconded <br />by Mr. Donoho and unanimously carried, <br />the Commission approved the use of the <br />Morris Civic Plaza. <br />m.
