In addition, I think that Catherine and staff possibly could help find a grant that might... they have really taken on a courageous thing taking on that church. It's one of the most historic churches left in South Bend and it wasn't in good shape when they got it, and it was in danger of being torn down when they got it. Klusczinski: Joann, and for the purposes of the motion on the table, I just want to make a clarification that although those are great recommendations they're not part of the original motion that's been made and seconded. Klusczinski: That C ofA isn't valid, that's why this one... Juszczyk: All I'm saying is that I was planning to do these repairs and that you ARE stopping me from doing it. Klusczinski: Fair enough. Klusczinski: No, but so far as being able to pull contractor information and maybe hear the assessments that they're trying to gather. Herdman: I can do that. Peterson: As a clarification, the ordinance allows for 45 days, not 60 days. So, it's 45 days, so you'll have to act on next meeting.
