NEW BUSINESS (Cont.) <br />b. continued.... <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Schwartz, seconded <br />by Ms. Auburn and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission adopted Resolution No. 1509 <br />approving an application for real property <br />tax deduction for property located at the <br />southeast corner of Corby Boulevard and <br />Niles Avenue in the South Bend Central <br />Development Area subject to the <br />declarations and covenants including a <br />prohibition against rental or subleasing any <br />of the units. (C.D.T., L.L.C) <br />c. Commission approval requested for <br />Resolution No. 1510 approving the <br />transfer of real property to the City of <br />South Bend, Indiana. <br />Ms. Kolata stated that the Commission owns <br />two lots to be transferred to the Board of <br />Public Works and then to be transferred to <br />South Bend Heritage Foundation for their <br />proposed project at Western Avenue and <br />Chapin Street. <br />COMMISSION ADOPTED RESOLUTION NO. 1509 <br />APPROVING AN APPLICATION FOR REAL PROPERTY <br />TAX DEDUCTION FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT THE <br />SOUTHEAST CORNER OF CORBY BOULEVARD AND <br />NILES AVENUE IN THE SOUTH BEND CENTRAL <br />DEVELOPMENT AREA (C.D.T., L.L.C) <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Faccenda, seconded COMMISSION ADOPTED RESOLUTION NO. 1510 <br />by Ms. Auburn and carried, the Commission APPROVING THE TRANSFER OF REAL PROPERTY TO <br />adopted Resolution No. 1510 approving the THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA <br />transfer of real property to the City of South <br />Bend, Indiana. Ms. Schwartz abstained. <br />d. Commission approval requested for <br />proposal for environmental services in <br />the Sample Ewing Development Area. <br />Ms. Kolata asked permission to table item <br />6.d.
