Zeiger: This is Todd, I voted aye because replacement windows will probably be replaced in a
few years anyway, so at least the original ones would be there to serve as a guide for either
restoration at that time, or re -installation.
Peterson: I think that Linda was the other...
Riley: I voted aye as long as he agrees to store the original windows.
Choitz: I'd like to get on with it, and let them have a chance to get on with it at the beginning of a
new season.
UjdaIL I'm voting aye, and I see no problem here. I think that Mr. Soderberg is an honorable
man, and will comply. So, let's get on with the project, and let's get on with the meeting.
Patrick. Catherine?
Herdman: Catherine, I didn't record your vote.
Hostetler: Aye.
Hostetler: Staff was not alerted by the Soderberg's that they would not be here, we had no way of
knowing, and its not customary once we send out the letters to call the applicants to see if they're
going to be present.
Motion: Choitz Second: Riley In favor:, Zeiger, Chase, Patrick,
Choitz, Hostetler, Ujdak, Riley
Opposed: Klusczinski
Abstaining: Sporleder
Application Number: 2006-1122
Property Location: 733 Bronson
Property Owner: Robert Culp
Landmark or District Designation: Edgewater Place Local Historic District
Rating: Contributing
STATEMENT OF SIGNIFICANCE/HISTORIC CONTEXT: This vernacular gabled ell is thought to have
been constructed in 1892 by William H Harper, a grocery store owner and real estate developer.
