I make a motion that we approve this application COA
2006-1122 as revised by Tim Klusczinski and presented
Todd: Read those amendments into the motion
Lynn: The soffit and fascia to be scraped and painted, drip mold to be reconstructed with
wood, comers to be left exposed as a trim detail to define the edges, the vinyl to be run
up to those J trim to the comers, this will eliminate the earlier discussed vinyl comer
posts, they will seal them to the trim with 100% silicon caulk.
Tim: They will re -paint with an interior vapor barrier. Remove the vinyl already
installed so that they can remove the asphalt siding to the clapboards.
Lynn: Anything else?
Linda: To repair the sill.
Tim: Yes, and just to be generic to adjust the negative grade.
Jerry: To the extend that you can and I would also suggest downspout extensions
Rom: Yes, we are putting on full new gutter system and downspouts and extensions.
Linda Riley: So moved
Mary Jane: Second
Lynn: All in favor: Six Ayes
One Nay Todd Zeiger, didn't feel the COA followed the guidelines
