Commission approval requested for <br />Addendum to Contract for Sale of <br />Land with Charles S. Hayes, Inc. in <br />the Sample Ewing Development <br />Area. <br />Ms. Kolata noted that the Addendum is <br />for a piece of property that's at the <br />corner of Garst and Lafayette Streets. <br />She noted that the Addendum extends <br />the deadline to December 31, 1997 for <br />Charles S. Hayes, Inc.'s obligation to <br />obtain financing and begin <br />construction on the project. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Faccenda, <br />seconded by Mr. Donoho and <br />unanimously carried, the Commission <br />approved the Addendum to Contract <br />for Sale of Land with Charles S. <br />Hayes, Inc. in the Sample Ewing <br />Development Area. <br />c. Commission approval requested for <br />proposal from R.E. Pitts & <br />Associates, Inc. for appraisal <br />services in the Sample Ewing <br />Development Area. <br />Ms. Kolata noted that the staff has <br />started looking at some older <br />Studebaker buildings in the Studebaker <br />Corridor. She noted that R.E. Pitts & <br />Associates, Inc. will provide appraisals <br />of the four buildings for a fee of <br />$10,500.
