South Bend Redevelopment Commission <br />Regular Meeting - April 18, 1997 <br />Ms. Kolata asked permission to add <br />two items to the agenda. There were no <br />objections and items 6.f and 6.g. were <br />added. <br />6. NEW BUSINESS <br />a. Commission approval requested for <br />Palais Royale Management <br />Agreement for property located in <br />the South Bend Central <br />Development Area. <br />Ms. Kolata noted that previously there <br />was an agreement with Real Estate <br />Management for operation and <br />management of the Palais Royale <br />building. That Agreement was <br />extended on a month -to -month basis <br />until a new contract could be prepared. <br />She noted that Real Estate <br />Management has been the property <br />manager responsible for leasing and <br />managing the building. The staff <br />recommends approving the Agreement <br />which will continue Real Estate <br />Management's services in relation to <br />leasing and managing the Palais <br />Royale building. <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Auburn, <br />seconded by Mr. Donoho and carried, <br />the Commission approved the Contract <br />with Real Estate Management for the <br />Palais Royale building located in the <br />South Bend Central Development <br />Area.
