Some points are phrases; some are sentences. <br />Technically, "a resident" shouldn't be followed by "they" or "their," since the subject is <br />singular. (His/Her) <br />7. "Any vegetation with thorns or fruit..." <br />Q: Is this suggestion grandfathered? Surely, one isn't expected to remove a <br />healthy, beautiful flowering tree? <br />TOPOGRAPHY <br />..some kind of connection to [omit "the"] water. <br />Par. 2 — "The river continues to provide all of these necessities." That includes water for <br />livestock. Is that really a feature of the Chapin Park Historical Distric? <br />In general: This is all very interesting, but many of the paragraphs are not relevant to the <br />Chapin District, per se. It's all very well and good that the E. Wayne and Lincolnway <br />Districts are also related to water, but that information is really extraneous to the purpose <br />of this document. I suggest deleting paragraphs 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8 (final). Paragraphs 7 and <br />
