South Bend Redevelopment Commission <br />Regular Meeting - April 4, 1997 <br />6. NEW BUSINESS (CONT.) <br />e. Commission approval requested for <br />proposal for professional services <br />(marketing brochure for Blackthorn <br />Corporate Park) in the Airport <br />Economic Development Area. <br />Ms. Kolata noted that four proposals <br />were received for a marketing brochure <br />that would fit into a regular size business <br />envelope. The proposals were submitted <br />by Neuffer Rosheck and Company, CA <br />Studios, Pitcock Design Group and <br />Heptagon, Inc. Heptagon Inc. was the <br />least expensive and the staff recommends <br />accepting Heptagon's proposal. <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Auburn, seconded <br />by Mr. Donoho and unanimously carried, <br />the Commission approved the proposal <br />from Heptagon Inc. for professional <br />services (marketing brochure for <br />Blackthorn Corporate Park) in the Airport <br />Economic Development Area. <br />f. Commission approval requested for <br />Amendment to Listing Contract with <br />Coldwell Banker. <br />Ms. Kolata noted that Redevelopment <br />currently has a Listing Contract for <br />properties in the South Bend Central <br />Development Area, Sample Ewing <br />Development Area and the Toll Road <br />Industrial Park with Coldwell Banker. <br />The amendment to the Contract is a <br />revised Exhibit A which removes some <br />property which has been sold and adds <br />additional properties.
