NEW BUSINESS (Cont.) <br />f. continued.... <br />to Listing Contract with Coldwell Banker. <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Schwartz, <br />seconded by Mr. Faccenda and <br />unanimously carried, the Commission <br />approved the Amendment to Listing <br />Contract with Coldwell Banker. <br />g. Staff report on acquisition of property <br />in the Sample Ewing Development <br />Area. <br />Ms. Kolata noted that a counter offer was <br />received from Russell Sosnoski for <br />property located at 709 E. Wenger. The <br />counter offer is in the amount of $75,000. <br />The original purchase offer was $25,000. <br />The staff recommends rejecting the <br />counter offer. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Donoho, seconded <br />by Ms. Schwartz and unanimously <br />carried, the Commission rejected the <br />counter offer from Russell Sosnoski in the <br />amount of $75,000 for property located at <br />709 E. Wenger Street. <br />h. Commission approval requested for <br />Letter of Intent Agreement with <br />Teachers Credit Union. <br />Ms. Kolata noted that when Teachers <br />Credit Union built their building <br />downtown, the City had a commitment to <br />build an underground parking garage and <br />one level of surface parking.
