She noted that now that <br />the staff is working on building the <br />Memorial/Trammell Crow project, <br />they've been working with Teachers <br />Credit Union to incorporate their parking <br />requirements into the Memorial/Trammell <br />Crow project. Teachers Credit Union has <br />requested that instead of constructing an <br />underground parking garage adjacent to <br />their building, they would like to add one <br />story to the proposed above ground <br />garage and have an improved surface <br />parking lot adjacent to their building. The <br />Letter of Intent outlines this agreement. <br />The details of the Agreement still need to <br />be worked out. <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Schwartz, <br />seconded by Mr. Donoho and <br />unanimously carried, the Commission <br />approved the Letter of Intent Agreement <br />with Teachers Credit Union. <br />I. Commission approval requested for <br />Ampco System Parking to extend hours <br />at the St. Joseph/Wayne Parking <br />Garage until 12:00 midnight to provide <br />parking for tenants at The Century <br />Building, 215 South St. Joseph Street. <br />Ms. Kolata noted that the owners of The <br />Century Building have leased space to <br />Tri -State University. They would like to <br />have 100 parking spaces available in the <br />Wayne Garage up to 12:00 midnight on <br />Monday through Thursday.
