This <br />arrangement began approximately two <br />weeks ago. The annual cost for the 100 <br />parking spaces in the first year would be <br />$16,900, the second year $19,500 and the <br />third year $20,800. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Donoho, seconded <br />by Mr. Faccenda and unanimously carried, <br />the Commission approved Ampco System <br />Parking extending hours at the St. <br />Joseph/Wayne Parking Garage until 12:00 <br />midnight on Monday through Thursday to <br />provide parking for tenants at The <br />Century Building, 215 South St. Joseph <br />Street. <br />j. Commission approval requested for <br />Resolution No. 1502 approving the <br />transfer of real property to the Board <br />of Public Works of the City of South <br />Bend. <br />Ms. Kolata noted that this is for a site in <br />the Sample Ewing Development Area <br />near the intersection of Fellows Street and <br />Elder Street. Ms. Kolata noted that the <br />intent is to transfer this property to the <br />Board of Public Works.
