The consulting party meeting will focus on Section 106 issues and <br />will be an opportunity for all consulting parties to discuss the <br />effects on historic properties; we hope to see you there. Comments <br />received from the public hearing, consulting parties, and the State <br />Historic.Preservation Officer during the comment period regarding <br />effects to.historic properties will be considered when FHWA issues <br />its effect finding for this project. The comment period on the <br />DEIS and for submitting comments on effects expires on April 26, <br />2004. After FHWA issues its effect finding, consulting parties <br />will be notified and provided support documentation for the finding <br />and allowed 30 -days to review the finding. <br />If you should have any specific questions, comments, or written <br />correspondence regarding this project, we ask that you direct <br />them.to Christine Baynes (Project Manager), Indiana Department of <br />Transportation, 100 North Senate Avenue, Room N855, Indianapolis, <br />IN 46204; email cbaynes@indot.state.in.us.
