MARTHA CHOITZ: I will make a motion to approve the minutes for April 2004. <br />LYNN PATRICK: Seconds the motion and it passes unanimously. <br />B. TREASURER'S REPORT: Nothing to report at this time <br />C. COMMITTEE REPORTS <br />1. Jefferson School Advisory Committee <br />Virginia O'Hair reported that the Advisory Committee had met at Jefferson School and <br />reviewed the completed project; the Committee had moved that.the project followed the <br />specifications and CoA approved by the Commission. <br />VIRGINIA O'HAIR: I move that the Commission accept the committee report. <br />LYNN PATRICK: Seconds the motion and it passes unanimously. <br />2. Historic Districts Committee: Bronson Street, German Township <br />Martha Choitz reported on the progress of these proposed Historic Districts. <br />3. Standards & Maintenance: follow up regarding Landmark Italianate house <br />on Marion Street; Landmark Queen Anne at 1313 Liston Street <br />Julie Schutte gave a brief follow-up report on the two landmarks houses. <br />D. STAFF REPORTS <br />2. Correspondence: Local Landmark Plaques; Junior League House <br />Karen Hammond -Nash informed commission members that the landmark plaques had arrived. <br />She also brought in a sample of the landmark plaque for commission members to look at. <br />JOANN SPORLEDER: I will make a motion that these plaques be given away to owners <br />of designated, and that this become a suggested budget item. <br />MARY JANE CHASE: Seconds the motion and it passes unanimously. <br />3. St. Casimir Economic Development Projects <br />Julie Schutte gave a brief report on the St Casimir Economic Development Projects. (See <br />enclosed letter in meeting packet). <br />5 <br />
