IV. OLD BUSINESS <br />1. Commission member training: Schedule meeting for CAMP participants to share <br />new information. <br />Martha Choitz and Julie Schutte attended the recent CAMP program hel& at Fort <br />Benjamin Harrison. The training sessions discussed the legal background for local <br />preservation commissions and the review process. They scheduled a meeting to discuss <br />training methods for the entire Commission. <br />2. Discuss and adopt bylaws regarding HPC procedures, pursuant to recommendations <br />of the Committee of the Whole, Exec. Session held May 27. <br />Lynn Patrick brought in another draft of the bylaws for commission members to look over. <br />V. NEW BUSINESS <br />1. Employee Compensation: year end and 2005 salaries_ <br />JOANN SPORLEDER: I move that bonus information be sent to through the proper authorities. <br />DIANE WROBEL-ILLES: Seconds the motion and it passes unanimously. <br />VI. ANNOUNCEMENTS & MISCELLANEOUS MATTERS <br />John Livingston reported an honorary resolution could be drafted for the house at 401 <br />Indiana Avenue; Lynn Patrick mentioned that she received a scholarship to attend the <br />Preservation Forum in July; Mary Jane Chase mentioned that Mary Phillips School, <br />Mishawaka, had successfully progressed as apartments. <br />VII.
