Larry Gay moved to have the 2nd Summer Shore at <br />Albert City, Iowa for 2003 2nd by AIDuroe motion passed. <br />Sherry- said about 1000 less magazines for March -April were shipped <br />hocause the Mombership List was not right. You can now renew your <br />membership on line. The cost or Jan. -Feb. magazine $14,700.00 the <br />cost was up. March -April about 5100 issues with a 2nd mailing <br />of 1100. <br />03d Business Story about Oliver tractor in the magazine, the family <br />wants to be paid $200.00 for the story. <br />Al Duroe made the motion that the HPOCA would not pay for the <br />story, 2nd by Jim Muhs to send a letter telling them so. passed <br />RTES video to be at Penfield h ow. Hill Meeker is to work with them <br />on the video. <br />Museum Project <br />13ob Schaeffer and Chris Losey report on the old Oliver slant Site. <br />Chris gave the report on the cost of cecuring the building. <br />Could get other matching grants. Historical Land Mark Foundation <br />could help raise money. The City coulJ help with $200,00.00 for <br />not having to demolishing the building. <br />Terry Allen told about building a Museum near the Northern Indiana <br />Center for I•listory. The Studebaker Museum is to build a new <br />Building near the N.I.C.H. site on Chapin Street. Studebaker is to <br />build a 3 Story Building with about 45,000 sq. ft. We could build <br />a new museum,building,2 story, about 30,000 sq. ft. at a cost of <br />$100 -120 a sq. ft. around the same site. <br />Al Duroe made: the motion not to procede at the old plant site, <br />2nd by Jim Muhs. Mailing labels McMillin can setup mailing labels <br />Cor X75.00. McMillin to contact Terry for approval or mailing list. <br />Al Duroe made a motion to have mailing labels free: for now starting <br />chapters. Old chapters to pay for labels. 2nd by Bill Meeker, passed. <br />Jim Muhs made a motion 2nd by Dill Meeker to put the HPOCA By Laws <br />can the web site, motion passed. <br />Motion made to adjourn meeting passed. <br />Board members pre�enh were Terry Allan, Jim Muhs., Jerry Ellis. <br />Al Vuroe,.
