Size for egress. <br />Repair deteriorated header trim at first level south windows. New header trim to <br />be 1x4 with additional flashed drip cap and mitered bedmold. Size reconstruction to <br />match other original first floor header trim. <br />Install casing trim trim at new first floor kitchen door - 1x4 sides and header with <br />drip and bed molding to match adjacent windows. <br />West elevation: <br />Repair deteriorated window trim as necessary. Replace failing or deteriorated <br />head flashing. <br />North and East elevations: <br />Trim these elevations is in generally better condition (especially under porch roof) <br />This window trim and frieze /soffit/fascia repaired under spec number 6.02 and 7.02. <br />Ext Carp &Trim <br />7.06 Repair /replace porch wood lattice panels and reattach plumb below porch. <br />Ext Carp &Trim <br />7.07 Repair deteriorated trim (some curved) at porch roof edge. Curved "UltraFlex" bed - <br />molding provided by SBHF and installed by contractor. <br />Reframe porch edge near north steps to follow existing brickwork. <br />New 1x backprimed cedar band board on porch. Duplicate existing dimensions. <br />Ext Carp &Trim <br />7.08 Install new 5/44 T &G porch decking as required and at deteriorated areas per plan. <br />Remove existing deteriorated decking per plan. Inspect deck joists and repair as <br />required. <br />Ext Carp &Trim <br />7.12 Stoop columns and roof - install (2) "HB &G Permacast" or equal (8'x 8" dia. ) <br />columns w/ Tuscan cap and base. Anchor to conc deck and new drop beam <br />framing per mnfr spec. Trim and /or flash at column cap to close. Construct drop <br />beam and roof framing per details. Trim per detail(s). <br />Ext Carp &Trim <br />7.17 Porch Columns - (6) "HB &G Permacast" (8'x 12" dia.) columns w/ Tuscan cap <br />and base. Anchor to porch deck and drop beam framing per mnfr specifications. <br />Trim and /or flash at column cap to close.
