The counter offer is from <br />Roger and Merri Puckett in the amount <br />of $22,000. The original purchase <br />offer was $20,500. The staff <br />recommends accepting the counter <br />offer. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Donoho, <br />seconded by Ms. Schwartz and <br />unanimously carried, the Commission <br />accepted the counter offer from Roger <br />and Merri Puckett in the amount of <br />$22,000 for property located at 729 E. <br />Wenger Street. <br />Ms. Kolata noted that the third counter <br />offer is for property located at 1219 S. <br />High Street. The counter offer is from <br />Lessie M. Tidwell in the amount of <br />$5,750. The original purchase offer <br />was $4,250.
