The counter offer is <br />from Guadalupe and Leticia Morin in <br />the amount of $19,000. <br />The original purchase offer was <br />$17,000. The staff recommends <br />accepting the counter offer. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Donoho, <br />seconded by Ms. Schwartz and <br />unanimously carried, the Commission <br />accepted the counter offer from <br />Guadalupe and Leticia Morin in the <br />amount of $19,000 for property <br />located at 729 E. Pennsylvania. <br />Ms. Kolata noted that the last counter <br />offer is for property located at 709 E. <br />Keasey. The counter offer is from <br />Henry and Trauistene Taylor in the <br />amount of $13,000. The original <br />purchase offer was $11,000. The staff <br />recommends accepting the counter <br />offer. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Donoho, <br />seconded by Ms. Schwartz and <br />unanimously carried, the Commission <br />accepted the counter offer from Henry <br />and Trauistene Taylor in the amount of <br />$13,000 for the property located at 709 <br />E.
