Childs & <br />Associates, Inc. for architectural <br />services related to the State Theatre <br />Facade Renovation. <br />Ms. Kolata noted that this Proposal is <br />in the amount of $25,000 plus expenses <br />for architectural services related to the <br />State Theatre Facade Renovation. <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Schwartz, <br />seconded by Mr. Donoho and <br />unanimously carried, the Commission <br />approved the Proposal from James E. <br />Childs & Associates, Inc. for <br />architectural services related to the <br />State Theatre Facade Renovation. <br />d. Staff report on acquisition of <br />property in the Sample -Ewing <br />Development Area. <br />Ms. Kolata noted that the staff received <br />five counter offers. <br />She noted that the first counter offer is <br />for property located at 713 E. Keasey <br />Street. The counter offer is from the <br />heirs of Theresia Pope in the amount of <br />$23,000. The original purchase offer <br />was $21,000. The staff recommends <br />accepting the counter offer. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Donoho, <br />seconded by Ms. Schwartz and <br />unanimously carried, the Commission <br />approved the counter offer from the <br />heirs of Theresia Pope in the amount of <br />H:\ HOME \CPHIPPS \WPDATA \COMMSN\030797.MIN -16- <br />COMMISSION APPROVED THE PROPOSAL FROM <br />JAMES E. CHILDS & ASSOCIATES, INC. FOR <br />ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES RELATED TO THE <br />STATE THEATRE FACADE RENOVATION <br />COMMISSION APPROVED THE COUNTER OFFER <br />FROM THE HEIRS OF THERESIA POPE IN THE <br />AMOUNT OF $23,000 FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT <br />713 E.
