JOHN OXIAN: Everything is staying the same that is on the house now. <br />MARTHA CHOITZ: Will all of the siding still be there? <br />JOHN OXIAN: Yes, all of the siding will still be there. Nothing is going to be removed. <br />MARTHA CHOITZ: Have you had anybody work out a drawing showing the way this will look <br />when it is done? <br />JOHN OXIAN: Yes there was a drawing made and handed in; however, they cannot find it at <br />this time. <br />JOANN SPORLEDER: I think that we need a drawing of this so that we can better understand <br />what is being proposed here. <br />JOANN SPORLEDER: Over here where the railings are absent, will new railings be put in? <br />JOHN OXIAN: No, the original railings are all there and they will be put back later after the <br />rotted porch floor is replaced. <br />JOANN SPORLEDER: What about this lattice cover work here in the front of the porch? <br />JOHN OXIAN: We are planning on installing the same kind of lattice work that is already there <br />now. <br />MARTHA CHOITZ: Is it going to be a true greenhouse with a tile floor? <br />JOHN OXIAN: No, it is going to have the same original tongue and groove floor like it did <br />before. <br />MARY JANE CHASE: What is going to go behind the railings that are there now? <br />JOHN OXIAN: A board that will support my windows; because, I am not installing the <br />windows on top of the railings. <br />JOANN SPORLEDER: How are you going to paint and maintain the board if the railings are in <br />front of it? <br />JOHN OXIAN: I will either paint the board or use treated wood. <br />LYNN PATRICK: Are you going to get a contractor to do this work or are you going to do this <br />work yourself? <br />JOHN OXIAN: I have a contractor who is going to do this work and his name is Bill Cook. <br />JOANN SPORLEDER: Are you going to insulate the floor'so your plants don't freeze? <br />51 <br />
