PUBLIC HEARING <br />A. CERTIFICATE OF APPROPRIATENESS <br />1. 2003 -0711; 1091 Riverside Drive; Tree removal. <br />KAREN HAMMOND -NASH: (See attached Staff Report). <br />BRENDAN CRUMLISH: (Was present to answer questions from commission members). <br />JOANN SPORLEDER: Why are you choosing to keep that thirty-six inch silver maple tree? <br />BRENDAN CRUMLISH: The tree is in good condition and hasn't lost very many branches. <br />JOANN SPORLEDER: Have you had somebody actually look at it? I know that currently the <br />foresters are wishing the whole city would get rid of all silver maple trees due to the numerous <br />problems they have had with them. <br />JOANN SPORLEDER: Why did you want to remove this rather small beech tree? <br />
