JOHN OXIAN: Joann seconds the motion. I have a question to ask was there a hedge here, before? WAYNE DOOLITTLE: No, there was an existing fence. JOHN OXIAN: There's just a fence there. NANCY DUFFY-SNOOK: Just a fence, yes. JOHN OXIAN: So that fence is coming down? NANCY DUFFY-SNOOK: Yes. JOHN OXIAN: So in other words there is going to be new hedges and a new fence. NANCY DUFFY-SNOOK: The hedges already exist. JOHN OXIAN: Those hedges are already there? JOANN SPORLEDER: Yes, they are very big and very high and very thick. From the street the fence will hardly show at all. JOHN OXIAN: All right, those in Favor say aye. Those against say nay. The motion carried unanimously. JOHN OXIAN: The fifth C. of A. has been withdrawn; let's go to the sixth C. of A. KAREN HAMMOND-NASH: The applicant is going to be resubmitting the application with probably about ten things on it; and it is going to be modifying the proposal regarding what is still unfinished yet_ JOANN SPORLEDER: Is this about the unfinished window frames? KAREN HAMMOND-NASH: Yes, so the only remaining application then is; application number 2002-0516-2. This is the second of two applications filed on May 15`'. Eric and Mary Morgan in September of last year applied for a Certificate of Appropriateness for several things, including reroofing his house; the reroofing is now in progress and the builders are discovering that they are having problems getting adequate ventilation into the attic. They have several alternatives, and the one that they feel is probably going to be the mostsuccessful is to remove the half round windows on either gable end of the house and replace them with fence. For those that are attached; one of the half round windows has a fan pattern in it, probably original. The other has plain glass in it. that is probably a replacement. ai
