Also they would have to drive their concrete truck on their brand new <br />driveway to get to that Ether place, if they did the driveway first. <br />MARTHA CHOITZ: I see no reason why she can't within the next two or three days get <br />a drawing of the site that is going to be done. <br />JOHN OXIAN: Then you have to have the Standards and Maintenance Committee meet <br />with her in the next few days. She also has to get the drawings for them. <br />MARTHA CHOITZ: There's nothing to hold her up. We can be there tomorrow night <br />or tomorrow afternoon. <br />JOHN OXIAN: What we need then is amotion. Right now you're tabling it. <br />MARTHA CHOITZ: But, we need to know the size of it before it is going to be located. <br />That really is important. And that's all, because, the rest of it that you're describing here <br />is something that is perfectly -- <br />NANCY ICKLER: Well, can you approve an outside dimension? <br />JOHN OXIAN: What I would recommend is that since no one seconded Joann's motion; <br />that you make a motion to put it into Standards and Maintenance Committee and meet <br />with her and then approve it. <br />JOHN OMAN: Make a motion. <br />MARTHA CHOITZ: Yes, I will make a motion on item four and the recommendations <br />that this be referred to Standards and Maintenance Committee and that we meet with her <br />almost immediately and she will provide use with the general area and size and where the <br />thing is really going to be in the backyard hi -other -words we need a drawing. We <br />should have some kind of drawing. It. doesn't have to be a professional job more -or -less <br />in this case.
