Southhold held
open nominations in three
categories, preservation,
restoration and adaptive
reuse. The winners would
receive a plaque in recog-
nition of their efforts in
preservation during a
press conference highlight-
ing their projects. Unfortu-
nately, Southhold Restora-
tion, folded two years ago,
at which time it delegated
portions of its existing pro-
grams to various local
preservation groups.
The Historic Preservation
PROBST HOUSE - 520 EAST COLFAX
PAST PRESERVATION AWARD RECIPIENT
Commission was given the
honor of continuing the
Preservation Awards.
