HPC Rescinding Powers
HPC may rescind any fine at the discretion of a majority_vote of the Commission during a pub- - - -
-licly announced meeting-.
HPC policy pertaining to fines should be as follows: waive all fines if first offence and there is
complete compliance of citation; immediately seek fines if second offense or lack of compli-
ance.
Tag Tvnes and Stou Work Orders
There are two different types of tags and a stop work order notice.
A Stop Work Order will consist of a notice the size of a building permit, it shall be posted at the
violating property and if possible hand delivered to violators. It shall be issued when a viola-
tion is in process.
The two tags will have different purposes and different colors to differentiate them.
1) Red Tag—will be issued for violations that have occurred where all the work is
already done.
2) Blue Tag - will be issued for all minimum maintenance violations.
(Red tag and Stop work order will be used for both violation of an existing CoA and no CoA)
8
