Landmark Portion must have approval from both the Historic Preservation Commission <br />and the Architectural Control Committee to proceed with any project that would affect <br />the Historic Portion. If either group denies the project then the work cannot commence. <br />Nothing in this paragraph shall restrict the ownership of that section of a Lot not <br />considered a Historical Landmark Portion. <br />4 <br />
