PUBLIC HEARING <br />MARTHA CHOITZ: I move that the reading of the history portion of the staff <br />reports be suspended because of the length of tonight's agenda. <br />JOANN SPORLEDER: I second the motion. <br />After due consideration, the following action was taken: <br />Upon a motion by Martha Choitz, being seconded by Joann Sporleder and carried <br />unanimously the history portions of the staff reports were suspended. <br />A.
