Standards and Maintenance <br />a. 730 Bronson <br />CATHERINE HOSTETLER: Mrs. Saunders and I met with Mr. Berndt at 730 <br />Bronson. His house has been in a state of disrepair since the 1960s. He requested a time <br />frame for all necessary repairs. Mrs. Saunders and I put together the following time <br />frame: that the carport be demolished and the roof steps removed with in thirty days; <br />repair/replace rotting material with new, gutters, soffits, downspouts, porch, windows, <br />stairs by end of August; scrape and paint exterior siding by end November 2001; re -roof <br />by end of 2002 and permanently take care of exterior siding by end of 2002. <br />MARTHA CHOITZ: Does anyone currently live there? <br />CATHERINE HOSTETLER: His elderly parents reside there. They have an <br />addition on this house sided by chipboard. <br />JOHN OXIAN: Have they come in for a Certificate of Appropriateness? <br />RHONDA SAUNDERS: No, however, if they fail to comply I will send them <br />another notice and a notice will be sent by the legal department. <br />E.
