We are going <br />to approach the owner to see if she is interested in landmarking the property. <br />RICHARD MORRISON: I move to re -rate the property at 745 Leland to an S/12. <br />JOANN SPORLEDER: I second the motion. <br />After due consideration, the following action was taken: <br />Upon a motion by Richard Morrison, being seconded by Joann Sporleder and <br />carried unanimously the property 745 Leland was re -rated to an S/12. <br />V.
