Sample, Washington School, be sent <br />to the Common Council with a favorable recommendation for landmark designation for <br />the original portion of the school building and front yard to the street. <br />II. REGULAR BUSINESS <br />A. Approval of Minutes (March & April) <br />CATHERINE HOSTETLER: There are some errors on the March 19, 2001 <br />minutes, line 101 it states that the motion is seconded by Martha Choitz when it was <br />seconded by Joann Sporleder and on line 319 David Eckrich's name is misspelled. <br />MARTHA CHOITZ: I move to accept the minutes from March 19 and April 9t' <br />as corrected. <br />MARY JANE CHASE: I second the motion. <br />After due consideration, the following action was taken: <br />Upon a motion by Martha Choitz, being seconded by Mary Jane Chase and <br />carried unanimously, the minutes from March 19th and May 9th were accepted as <br />corrected. <br />B. Treasurer's Report <br />JERRY WEINER: I have circulated copies of the St. Joseph County budget report. <br />CATHERINE HOSTETLER: I move to accept the treasurer's report as submitted <br />by Mr. Weiner. <br />RICHARD HELMUS: I second the motion. <br />14/ <br />
