413 CECILIA CUNNINGHAM: We have already put $20,000.00 into this roof; I am <br />414 tired of taking out roof loans. With the winters we are having I have to repair the <br />415 northwest side of the roof every two years. I get the roof repaired; wait a winter to make <br />416 sure it doesn't leak then have the interior plaster repaired and the next winter it leaks <br />417 again. I have been working with Dudeck Roofing and my insurance company to solve <br />418 this problem. I do not want to do the entire roof. <br />We have had one instant of leaking four years ago, at which time the insurance company <br />had us remove the gutter from the upper roof.
