184 <br />185 CHERYL GREENE: In the Municipal Code it states that if the <br />186 commission denies an application the applicant can appeal to the Common Council <br />187 which then makes final determination. The other avenue for your consideration is if <br />188 the Commission approves the application based on hardship, it is not necessarily an <br />189 approval of the action in and of itself. <br />190 <br />191 After due consideration, the following action was taken: <br />192 <br />193 Upon a motion by Richard Morrison, being seconded by Joann Sporleder <br />194 and carried unanimously, application 2000-0810 was tabled until December 18, <br />195 2000. <br />196 <br />197 B.
