Minutes (September & October) <br />233 <br />234 MARTHA CHOITZ: I move to accept the minutes from September <br />235 and October. <br />236 <br />237 MARY JANE CHASE: I second the motion. <br />238 <br />239 After due consideration, the following action was taken: <br />240 <br />241 Upon a motion by Martha Choitz, being seconded by Mary Jane Chase and <br />242 carried unanimously, the minutes from September and October were accepted. <br />243 <br />244 E. Treasurer's Report <br />245 <br />246 JERRY WEINER: The treasurer's report will be given in December. <br />247 <br />248 F. Standards and Maintenance <br />254 <br />255 MARTHA CHOITZ: A meeting was held with the individuals from the <br />256 Dismas House at which time ideas were put forth to aid them in working on the <br />257 house. <br />258 <br />259 2. Local Landmarks 1St Reading <br />260 <br />261 RHONDA SAUNDERS: The house at 1304 Kessler is up for first reading. The <br />262 owner of the house recently passed away and all contents of the house were <br />263 auctioned off and the house is currently up for sale. The staff has sent a couple of <br />264 notices to the heir and has received no reply. <br />265 <br />266 I also wanted to alert the Commission members to the fact that Code Enforcement is <br />267 supposed to submit a demolition application for the local landmark at 406 W. <br />268 Madison, for next months meeting. I would like every member who can to go out <br />269 and inspect the property so everyone will have first hand knowledge of the condition <br />270 of the building.-- This property was landmarked with -319 N. William, back in the <br />271 1970s. <br />272 <br />273 MARTHA CHOITZ: Who is the owner of the property? <br />274 <br />275 RHONDA SAUNDERS: It's owned by one of Mr. Friedlines companies. <br />R <br />
