47 CHERYL GREENE: We do have such a comment in a previous letter <br />48 from the state office. I do not happen to have the letter with me, but I can retrieve it <br />49 from my office. I will be right back. <br />50 <br />51 CATHERINE HOSTETLER: To expedite the meeting lets suspend the <br />52 agenda in Mrs. Greene's absence and go to the Certificate of Appropriateness <br />53 application for 830 N. Michigan. <br />54 2. 2000-1030 — 830 N. Michigan, wells <br />55 <br />56 RHONDA SAUNDERS: I did not write the history portion of this staff report <br />57 because it has been read into the minutes numerous times over the past couple of <br />58 months. <br />59 <br />60 JERRY WEINER: I move to approve application 2000-1030 as presented by staff <br />61 and submitted in the application. <br />62 <br />63 RICHARD MORRISON: I second the motion. <br />64 <br />65 JOANN SPORLEDER: The map included with this application is confusing, <br />66 what exactly is well 3a? <br />67 <br />68 RHONDA SAUNDERS: Well number 3a is the existing test well that was <br />69 approved in October and will be the new well once number seven is removed. <br />70 <br />71 CATHERINE HOSTETLER: They are asking to shut down number <br />72 seven and open 3a. <br />73 <br />74 RHONDA SAUNDERS: Mr. Oxian suggested that shrubbery be planted around <br />75 the base to buffer the visual impact of the wells. <br />76 <br />77 JOANN SPORLEDER: Will any trees be affected. <br />78 <br />79 RHONDA SAUNDERS: No trees will be damaged and the location for the <br />80 replacement well for number six offers the least amount of disturbance to the park. <br />81 <br />82 After due consideration, the following action was taken: <br />83 <br />84 Upon a motion by Jerry Weiner, being seconded by Richard Morrison and <br />85 carried unanimously, application 2000-1030 was approved as recommended by <br />86 staff. <br />87 <br />88 Return to "1",112 S.
