I talked with Mr. Wiltrout earlier <br />314 regarding the affect the test wells would have on surrounding trees. He assured me that <br />315 no trees would be affected. I tried to contact him again with questions submitted to the <br />316 staff by John Oxian, but, was unable to reach Mr. Wiltrout before this meeting. <br />317 <br />318 JOHN OXIAN: I would like the Commission's motion to include a follow up on <br />319 any roads that have to be installed, replacement of sod, etc. <br />320 <br />321 CATHERINE HOSTETLER: You would like the motion to stipulate that the site <br />322 where the wells are to be installed be restored? <br />7 <br />
