The <br />348 out come was as follows: Catherine Hostetler moved to approve the application 2000- <br />349 0823 with the stipulation that they only install test wells, that the ground around trees be <br />350 protected to the drip line, that all landscaping be returned to original state (pre -drilling) <br />351 and that no permanent wells can be installed with out first obtaining approval from the <br />352 Historic Preservation Commission of South Bend & St. Joseph County.
