She noted that <br />the pre- inspection and post- inspection and <br />"Indemnification and Hold Harmless <br />Undertaking" were listed in the letter <br />from Betsy Harriman. <br />Carter Wolf noted that the Sunburst <br />marathon will begin at 6:00 a.m. on June <br />7 and Michigan Street will be closed for <br />the event. He questioned whether the <br />closed street would cause problems for <br />the garage sale. Ms. Kolata was asked to <br />check with Betsy Harriman and determine <br />an alternate date if necessary. <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Schwartz, <br />seconded by Ms. Auburn and unanimously <br />carried, the Commission approved the use <br />of the Wayne Parking Garage on June 6 & <br />7, 1997 subject to the Parks & Recreation <br />Department providing indemnification and <br />proof of insurance required by the City of <br />South Bend; and subject to adjusting the <br />date to coordinate with other activities in <br />downtown South Bend, if necessary. <br />h. Commission approval requested for <br />Certificate of Waiver in connection <br />with the Rental Rehab Loan Program <br />for property located at 305 E. Fox <br />Street.
