NEW BUSINESS (Cont.) <br />h. continued.... <br />Ms. Kolata noted that this Certificate of <br />Waiver forgives $750.00 as of November <br />23, 1996. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Donoho, seconded <br />by Ms. Auburn and unanimously carried, <br />the Commission approved the Certificate <br />of Waiver in connection with the Rental <br />Rehab Loan Program for property located <br />at 305 E. Fox Street. (Alfonso Cardenas <br />and Northern Oak Homes) <br />I. Commission approval requested for <br />Douglas Carpenter for professional <br />services in the Airport Economic <br />Development Area. <br />Mrs. Kolata noted that with the <br />construction of the interchange between <br />Nimtz Parkway and the St. Joseph Valley <br />Parkway there is a billboard that has been <br />moved and a billboard easement that <br />needs to be purchased located on property <br />owned by the Commission. Doug <br />Carpenter has been asked to provide an <br />estimate for providing an appraisal of the <br />value of the easement. She noted that <br />Doug Carpenter proposed to do the <br />appraisal for $500.00 plus any fee paid for <br />legal interpretation. <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Auburn, seconded <br />by Mr. Donoho and carried, the <br />Commission approved the proposal from <br />Douglas Carpenter for professional <br />services in the Airport Economic <br />Development Area.
