TREASURER'S REPORT
J. EDWARD TALLEY: You will please find the budget report that was passed out
at the beginning of meeting. The staff will be doing an inline transfer of funds from
account number 310700 to publication of legal notices, printing and telephone. Budget
wise we should be at the 50% level and we are at that level. Keep in mind that the staff
had less then 24 hours notice to put this budget together and after it went through the
process no one noticed that there was no telephone, advertising or legal notification.
GERALD UJDAK: I move to approve the budget report.
CATHERINE HOSTETLER: I second the motion.
After due consideration, the following action was taken:
Upon a motion by Gerald Ujdak, being seconded by Catherine Hostetler and
carried unanimously, the treasurer's report was approved by the Commission.
3. CORRESPONDENCE
None.
342 4. COMMITTEE REPORTS
343
344 A. Historic Districts
345
346 MARTHA CHOITZ: I received a call from a homeowner in Taylor's Field Local
347 Historic District wondering when the Commission would be holding meetings. He
348 expressed a desire to get the neighborhood involved in this endeavor. We need to call a
349 meeting within this neighborhood to get the owners better acquainted with the
350 Commission.
351
352 B. Historic Landmarks 1 St Reading
353
354 RHONDA SAUNDERS: There is owner consent for both Edgewater properties, and
355 owner opposition for the Walnut. The staff has not heard anything from the William
356 Street property owner nor from the owner of the E. Jefferson house.
357
358 JOHN OXIAN: We will continue with these properties.
