267 After due the following action was taken: <br />268 <br />269 Upon a motion by Catherine Hostetler, being seconded by Mary Jane Chase and <br />270 carried unanimously, the proposed local landmark at 415 W. Wayne was tabled until <br />271 September 18, 2000. <br />272 <br />273 C. 50157 Clover Road, Lowry House <br />274 <br />275 JOHN OXIAN: The staff has supplied the Commission with the appropriate legal <br />276 description; however, the owner has reiterated her opposition to the nomination. <br />277 <br />278 JERRY WEINER: I move to discontinue the landmarking of 50157 Clover Road. <br />279 <br />280 GERALD UJDAK: I second the motion. <br />281 <br />282 After due consideration, the following action was taken: <br />283 Upon a motion by Jerry Weiner, seconded by Gerald Ujdak and carried <br />284 unanimously, the proposed local landmark at 50157 Clover Road, was dropped from the <br />285 landmark process. <br />286 <br />287 D. 229 South William, Caldwell House <br />288 <br />289 JOHN OXIAN: I would like to table this nomination to allow more time to try to <br />290 contact the owner. <br />291 <br />292 MARTHA CHOITZ: I move to table the landmarking of 229 S. William until <br />293 August 21, 2000. <br />294 <br />295 JERRY WEINER: I second the motion. <br />296 <br />297 After due consideration the following action was taken: <br />298 <br />299 Upon a motion by Martha Choitz, seconded by Jerry Weiner and carried <br />300 unanimously, the proposed local landmark at 229 S. APPROVAL OF MINUTES (July) <br />307 JOHN OXIAN: Are there any corrections or additions to the minutes? <br />308 <br />309 CHERYL GREENE: In regards to the Memorial Agreement there is no mention <br />310 of a motion on the floor in the minutes on page 12 and 13.' <br />311 <br />312 CATHERINE HOSTETLER: I move to accept the minutes as corrected. <br />7 <br />
