CERTIFICATE OF APPROPRIATENESS APPLICATIONS <br />A. 2000 — 0615, 610 N. St. Joseph, landscaping & shed. <br />J. EDWARD TALLEY: The owners, Lara & Quinton Smith are not present. <br />Mr. Talley went on to read the staff report into the minutes. <br />CATHERINE HOSTETLER: I move to approve application 2000 -0615, projects <br />one through seven, as recommended by staff. <br />RICHARD HELMUS: I second the motion. <br />After due consideration, the following action was taken: <br />Upon a motion by Catherine Hostetler, being seconded by Richard Helmus and <br />carried unanimously, the proposed Certificate of Appropriateness for various landscaping <br />elements and shed, of the property located at 610 N. St. Joseph, South Bend, Indiana, was <br />approved as recommended by staff. <br />1 <br />
